黏滞-软钢阻尼器组合系统的协同减震性能研究
Research on the coordinated damping performance of the combined viscous-steel damping system
【摘要】 为验证大跨度桥梁纵向黏滞-软钢阻尼器组合系统的协同工作机理和减震效果,首先设计制作黏滞-软钢阻尼器组合系统试验模型,通过试验测试分别获得黏滞阻尼器和软钢阻尼器的力学参数;然后开展组合系统滞回试验,并将试验结果与Matlab仿真结果进行对比分析;最后以单自由度体系为例,仿真分析组合系统的协同减震性能,并与单独使用黏滞阻尼器的减震效果进行了比较。结果表明:黏滞-软钢阻尼器组合系统中阻尼器性能稳定,滞回曲线饱满,锁定装置工作可靠;组合系统可以实现低速下黏滞阻尼器工作和高速下由锁定装置切换至软钢阻尼器工作的设计理念,仿真模拟与试验结果基本一致;单自由度体系算例中,组合系统具有良好的协同减震性能,且优于黏滞阻尼器。
【Abstract】 To verify the coordinated working mechanism and damping performance of the combined viscous-steel damping system developed for longitudinal vibration control of long-span bridges, the test model of the combined system was designed and manufactured.The mechanical parameters of the viscous and steel dampers in the combined system were determined by tests.Cyclic tests on the combined system were conducted, and the experimental results were compared with the numerical ones.Finally, the seismic reduction effectiveness of the combined system was verified based on the single-degree-of-freedom system.The results indicate that the components in the combined system show good performance.The dampers possess plump hysteresis curves and the locking function of the locking device is reliable.In the combined system, the viscous damper works under low-velocity cases, while the steel damper works under high-velocity cases, which is consistent with the design concept.The simulation results agree well with the test results.The seismic performance of the combined system is superior to that of the viscous damper.
