陆地棉品种(系)产量性状和纤维品质性状在新疆南疆的遗传表现及基因型聚类

【摘要】 本研究采用y=μ+E+G+GE+ε模型和R软件对302份陆地棉品种(系)在新疆南疆7年的4个产量性状和5个纤维品质性状进行遗传分析和基因型值聚类,通过分析评价,筛选出一批具有改良陆地棉产量性状、纤维品质性状的种质资源,以期为新疆南疆陆地棉育种提供材料。结果表明,除单株铃数的基因型×环境互作方差不显著外,其他8个性状的基因型、环境以及基因型×环境互作效应都对其表现型起着显著或极显著的作用。从各性状的基因型值来看,一些品种(系)可以作为改良纤维品质性状的优良资源。运用R软件,将参试品种(系)依据基因型值分成9类,其中,第3类品种(系)包括‘223-13’‘h288’‘223-14’等是改良新疆南疆陆地棉纤维品质性状的优异材料,第7类品种(系)是改良产量性状的种质资源,第9类中的已审定品种适于新疆南疆种植。

【Abstract】 In this study, y=μ+E+G+GE+ε model and R software were used for genetic analysis and genotype value clustering of four yield traits and five fiber quality traits of 302 upland cotton varieties(lines) in Southern Xinjiang for seven years.Through analysis and evaluation, a group of germplasm resources which could improve yield and fiber quality of upland cotton were screened out, in order to provide materials for upland cotton breeding in Southern Xinjiang.The results show that, the genotype, environmental and the interaction between genotype and environmental of the other eight traits all played a significant or extremely significant role in their phenotypes, except the interaction variance between genotype and environmental for boll number per plant was not significant.From the genotype value of each trait, some varieties(lines) used as excellent resources to improve fiber quality traits.Using R software, the tested varieties(lines) were divided into 9 categories according to genotype values.Among them, the third category of varieties(lines), which including ‘223-13’‘h288’‘223-14’ and so on, were excellent materials for improving the fiber quality of varieties upland cotton in Southern Xinjiang, the seventh category of varieties(lines) were germplasm resources for improving yield traits, and the approved varieties in the ninth category were suitable for cultivation in Southern Xinjiang.
