无创神经调控技术治疗主观性耳鸣的研究进展
Progress of Noninvasive Neuromodulation Techniques in the Treatment of Subjective Tinnitus
【摘要】 耳鸣是指无外界声源时被感知到的声音,药物及行为干预效果有限。随着神经调控技术的应用,尤其是无创神经调控技术的发展,给耳鸣患者治疗带来了新方向。本文对声治疗、电刺激、重复经颅磁刺激在主观性耳鸣治疗方面的研究进展进行综述。
【Abstract】 Tinnitus is a sound sensed when there is no external sound source, and the effect of drug and behavioral intervention is limited. The application of neuromodulation techniques, especially the development of noninvasive neuromodulation techniques, guide a novel direction in the treatment of tinnitus patients. This review summarizes the research progress of sound therapy, electrical stimulation and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of subjective tinnitus.
