两种憎水涂层设计与性能对比分析

【摘要】 将2种不同涂料涂覆在不同金属材料上,研究它们的表面形貌、耐腐蚀、电化学、耐温等性能,客观评价这2种不同涂料在不同环境下的性能特点,为现役发动机零部件表面憎水涂层选用提供科学数据。利用粗糙度仪、铅笔硬度计、冲击试验器、热处理炉、电化学工作站、盐雾箱等方法评价涂层性能,包括2种涂层的粗糙度、铅笔硬度、抗冲击柔韧性、表面形貌、截面形貌、抗腐蚀等性能。测试结果表明,LYJ-A与LYJ-B的外观、力学性能基本一致,但LYJ-A抗腐蚀性能及耐热性能均较LYJ-B差。对于常温和>200℃时,LYJ-B较LYJ-A更为适合,在未来发动机产品应用中有较大的潜力。

【Abstract】 To study the surface morphology, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and electrochemical properties of two different coatings coated on different metal materials under the same test conditions, the characteristics of the two different coatings is objectively evaluated in different environments. In the result, it can provide scientific data for the selection of hydrophobic coating materials for the current engine surface. Roughness tester, pencil hardness tester, impact tester, heat treatment furnace, electrochemical workstation, salt spray tank and other methods are used to evaluate the coating properties including surface morphology, cross section morphology,roughness, impact flexibility, pencil hardness, corrosion resistance and other properties. Then the properties are analyzed comprehensively and conclusions are given. The advantages and disadvantages of the two coatings are preliminarily identified. The test results show that the appearance and mechanical properties of LYJ-A and LYJ-B are basically the same, but the corrosion resistance and heat resistance of LYJ-A are poor than those of LYJ-B. LYJ-B is more suitable when the temperature is ambient and exceeds 200℃, showing LYJ-B coatings have better potential for engine applications in the future.
