基于羟基含氟丙烯酸树脂的防腐抗菌涂层的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 以丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPAA)、丙烯酸(AA)及甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04)为原料,制备了一种溶液共聚型全氟羟基丙烯酸树脂(PFHA),用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对PFHA进行了结构表征。以PFHA、油水两用型钛白粉和季铵基硅溶胶包覆纳米银(QAg-SiO2)等为主要成分配制了溶剂型含氟丙烯酸涂料,分别考察了树脂羟基含量、纳米二氧化钛和QAg-SiO2含量对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:当树脂羟基含量为3.3%、涂料中TiO2和QAg-SiO2的含量分别为25%和10%时(均为质量分数),涂层的水接触角为114°,硬度为3H,附着力为1级,且经硫酸盐还原菌浸泡168 h后无腐蚀,具有优良的物理性能与防腐抗菌性能。

【Abstract】 A solution copolymerized perfluoro hydroxyl acrylic resin(PFHA) was prepared by free radical polymerization using hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPAA),acrylic acid(AA)and dodecfluoroheptyl methacrylate(G04). The PFHA structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). Solvent fluorine-containing coatings were prepared with fluorine-containing acrylic resin(PFHA),oil-water titanium dioxide(TiO2)and quaternary ammonium silica sol coated nano silver(QAg-SiO2). The effects of hydroxyl content in resin,contents of nano titanium dioxide and QAg-SiO2 on the film properties were investigated. The results showed that,when the hydroxyl value of the resin was 3. 3% and the content of TiO2 and QAg-SiO2 were 25% and 10% respectively,the coating had excellent physical properties,corrosion and bacterial resistance with the hydrophobic angle of 114°,hardness of 3H,adhesion of grade 1,and there was no corrosion after being soaked in sulfate reducing bacteria for 168 h.
