【Abstract】 In order to attract international students to study in France,France has elevatedthe education and service of studying abroadto the status of national development strategy. The influence of French higher education has been expanded by expanding the scale of higher education,optimizing the structure of higher education,improving the environmental quality of higher education,establishing a study abroad mechanism, and improving the welfare of international students.
