泛凋亡和感染性疾病研究进展

【摘要】 细胞程序性死亡是先天免疫系统抵抗微生物感染、维持免疫平衡的重要途径。然而,其过度激活亦可能诱发疾病。泛凋亡是一种新发现的由泛凋亡复合体调控的细胞炎性程序性死亡,具有细胞焦亡、凋亡和(或)坏死性凋亡3种程序性死亡的主要特征,与细菌、真菌、病毒、寄生虫等引发的感染性疾病密切相关。该文就泛凋亡的定义、特征、调控、和疾病的关系进行综述,旨在为感染性疾病治疗和药物研发提供新思路。

【Abstract】 Programmed cell death(PCD)is an important pathway for the innate immune system to fight microbial infections and thus maintain immune homeostasis.However, excess activation of PCD pathways may also induce disease.PANoptosis is a newly identified inflammatory PCD regulated by the PANoptosome.PANoptosis is characterized by three main features of PCD including pyroptosis, apoptosis, and/or necroptosis.PANoptosis is closely associated with many infectious diseases, including bacterial, fungal, viral and parasitic infections.In this paper, we reviewed the definition, characteristics, regulation and related diseases of PANoptosis, aiming to provide new ideas for the treatment of infectious diseases and drug development.
