【摘要】 为促进‘火焰’卫矛扦插生根，以‘火焰’卫矛幼龄母树上当年生半木质化枝条作为试材，选用萘乙酸（NAA）、吲哚丁酸（IBA）、萘乙酸（NAA）∶吲哚丁酸（IBA）1∶1、ABT1 4种植物生长调节剂，分别设置100、200、300、500、800 mg·L^-1共5个质量浓度梯度，研究了不同生长调节剂和浓度对‘火焰’卫矛扦插生根效果的影响。结果表明：在浓度500 mg·L^-1IBA∶NAA（1∶1）溶液中速蘸10 s，‘火焰’卫矛平均生根率达97.2%，最长根长9.17 cm，平均根长5.62 cm，生根指数137.03，生根处理效果最好；其次是800 mg·L^-1ABT1处理，生根率92.89%，生根数25.27，最长根长8.43 cm，平均根长4.94 cm，生根指数118.22，生根处理效果较好。因此，500 mg·L^-1IBA∶NAA（1∶1）和800 mg·L^-1ABT1是‘火焰’卫矛嫩枝扦插的最佳植物生长调节剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote the cutting and rooting of Euonymus alatus cv.’Compacta’, the half-lignified branches of the young mother tree of Euonymus alatus cv.’Compacta’ were taken as test materials, naphthoacetic acid（NAA）, indole butyric acid（IBA）, naphthoacetic acid（NAA） ∶ indole butyric acid（IBA） 1 ∶ 1,ABT1 four plant growth regulators were set up with five mass concentration gradients of 100, 200, 300, 500 and 800 mg·L^-1, respectively, to study the effects of different growth regulators and concentrations on the rooting effect of Euonymus alatus cv.’Compacta’. The results showed that: at the concentration of 500 mg·L^-1IBA ∶ NAA（1 ∶ 1） when the solution was dipped in medium speed for 10 s, the average rooting rate of Euonymus alatus cv.’Compacta’ reached 97.2%, the longest root length was 9.17 cm, the average root length was 5.62 cm, the rooting index was 137.03, and the rooting effect was the best. Followed by 800 mg·L^-1ABT1 treatment, the rooting rate was 92.89%, and the number of rooting was 25.27,the longest root length was 8.43 cm,the average root length was 4.94 cm, and the rooting index was 118.22, the rooting treatment effect was better.The concentration of 500mg·L^-1IBA∶NAA（1∶1）和 800 mg·L^-1ABT1 have the best effects on the rooting ofcuttings of Euonymus alatus cv.’Compacta’.更多还原
