【摘要】 建设智慧工会是新时代高校工会提升治理能力、增强服务职工本领的必由之路。当前，高校工会正经历从“互联网+”向“智慧”发展的工作模式演变，面临智能化发展水平不平衡、思想认识和技术本领有待增强、服务职工的功能不够突出、资源整合和利用不够充分、缺乏完善的制度和信息安全保障等问题。针对目前存在的问题以及教职工的多样化需求，建设智慧工会需坚持从职工需求出发，做好顶层设计规划，加强工会干部队伍建设，推动数据整合、联动与再利用，健全制度和安全保障体系，不断增强工会工作的动力和活力。更多还原
