纳米纤维负载MnO_x催化剂在甲醛催化净化中的应用
Application of nanofiber-supported MnO_x catalyst in catalytic purification of formaldehyde
【摘要】 为提高负载型催化剂对室内甲醛(HCHO)等有害气体的催化降解性能,以氨基改性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(mPVB)为载体,聚甲基丙烯酸(PMAA)为模板,负载氧化锰(MnO_x),制备一种新型MnO_x/mPVB多孔纤维膜,并研究其在室温下对连续释放的低浓度甲醛的去除性能。结果表明:2%(质量分数)的MnO_x/mPVB多孔纤维膜对甲醛的去除性能最佳,去除率为88.8%,且多次循环实验后仍保持在80%以上。
【Abstract】 To improve the catalytic degradation performance of supported catalysts for indoor formaldehyde(HCHO) and other harmful gases, a novel MnO_x/mPVB porous fiber membrane was prepared using amino-modified polyvinyl butyral(mPVB) as support, polymethacrylic acid(PMAA) as templates to support manganese oxide(MnO_x),and the removal performance of continuously released low-concentration formaldehyde at room temperature was also investigated. The results showed that the 2%(Mass fraction) MnO_x/mPVB porous fiber membrane had the best removal performance for HCHO, with a removal rate of 88.8%, and it remained above 80% after multiple cycle experiments.
