【摘要】 目的：了解妊娠期糖尿病产妇在新生儿娩出后进行母婴皮肤接触的真实体验，明确产妇接受皮肤接触时存在的问题和需求。方法：采用目的抽样法，选取2022年4月至7月在南宁市某三级甲等医院产科阴道分娩或行剖宫产手术的妊娠期糖尿病产妇12例进行半结构式深度访谈。采用内容分析法对访谈资料进行分析和归纳。结果：妊娠期糖尿病产妇母婴皮肤接触的体验共归纳提炼出3个主题。分别是知识与未知体验缺乏、适应感与安全感增强、知晓与感知早期接触益处。结论：妊娠期糖尿病产妇在接受母婴皮肤接触过程中存在复杂的心理体验及需求。建议医护人员制订专业、个性化的干预对策，促进产妇对产后母婴皮肤接触的认识及意愿，降低新生儿低体温、低血糖发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the real-life experience of mother-infant skin-to-skin contact in puerpera with gestational diabetes mellitus after the delivery of the newborn, and to identify the problems and needs of puerpera receiving skin-to-skin contact. Methods: A purposive sampling method was used,and 12 puerpera with gestational diabetes mellitus who delivered vaginally or underwent caesarean section in the obstetrics department of a class A tertiary hospital in Nan-ning were included from April to July 2022 for a semi-structured in-depth interview. Content analysis was used to analyze and distil the themes. Results: Three themes were identified including lack of knowledge and experience of the unknown,increased sense of adaptation and security,and benefits of knowledge and perceived of early exposure. Conclusion: Women with gestational diabetes mellitus have complex psychological experiences and needs when receiving mother-infant skinto-skin contact. It is recommended that health care professionals develop professional, individualized interventions to pro-mote maternal awareness and willingness to engage in postnatal mother-infant skin-to-skin contact and reduce the incidence of neonatal hypothermia and hypoglycemia.更多还原
