【摘要】 在城市基层治理最后一公里范围内，“物业纳入社会治理”已成为共识，街道、社区与物业经常需要联手应对问题、直面冲突。作为政府行政末梢的社区与作为市场主体的物业在“物社联动”过程中不能回避政企是否需要合作、如何有效合作以及合作的边界在哪里等经典命题。NJ市GL区的“物社联动”实践已探索出党建引领、联署联席、多元协商、在线共治等有效的政企合作路径。但“物社联动”才刚刚拉开帷幕，在政企合作的认知维度、实践维度以及时间维度上还存在诸多困境和堵点，需要更长时期、更多区域的互动经验来为中国基层的政企合作提供范本。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the realm of urban grassroots governance,collaboration between communities and property enterprises is often necessary to address issues and confront conflicts,given the consensus on “property integration into social governance”.However,this collaboration raises fundamental questions about the need for cooperation between government and enterprise,effective methods of cooperation,and the boundaries of such collaboration.In the GL district of N city,the linkage between property enterprises and the community has explored effective ways of government-enterprise cooperation,including Party building leads,joint organization,multiple consultations,and online cogovernance.Nonetheless,this cooperation is still in its early stages,and further regional interactive experiences over a longer period are required to provide a model and institutionalized promotion for grassroots-level government-enterprise cooperation in China.更多还原
