高炉高比例块矿炉料运动及分布模拟

【摘要】 以某1 800m~3高炉为研究对象,建立炉顶装料系统三维模型,利用离散单元法(DEM)模拟整个装料和布料过程中炉料的运动及分布。模拟结果表明:(1)块矿主要位于受料斗及料罐的右侧,可以根据装料方式和布料矩阵预测块矿的分布;(2)当炉料结构为75%烧结矿+5%球团矿+20%块矿时,块矿主要分布于高炉边沿和炉喉径向的中间区域,在高炉中心分布较少,但块矿占比较高,接近40%;(3)随着块矿比例的增加(8%~25%),虽然高炉半径方向的块矿质量增多,但是块矿在炉喉径向的分布不受影响。

【Abstract】 Taking an 1800 m~3 BF as the study object,a 3-D model of the furnace charging system is set up,and the discrete element method(DEM) is applied to simulate the movement and distribution of the burden in the whole burden charging and distribution process.The simulation resultreveals that:(1) lump ores are mainly distributed to the right side inside the receiving hopper and charging hopper,and their distribution can be predicted according to the charging method and the distribution matrix;(2)if the burden mix is 75% sinter+5% pellet+20% lump ore,most of the lump oresare distributed in the furnace peripheral and the middle area of the furnace throat in the radial direction with much less distributed in the furnace center,but the proportion of lump ores in the central area is quite high,close to 40%;(3) as the proportion of the lump ores increases(to 8%~25%),the distribution of the lump ores in the radial direction of the furnace throat is not exposed to the proportion of the lump ores although the mass of lump ores in the furnace radius direction increases.
