C2M平台生态系统价值共创演化博弈分析
Evolutionary Game Analysis of Value Co-Creation in C2M Platform Ecosystem
【摘要】 新技术赋能下,众多制造企业朝着平台生态化发展的方向迈进,C2M(Customer to Manufacturer)平台生态系统成为重要发展趋势。文章聚焦C2M平台生态系统多元主体价值共创关系,考虑平台生态系统赋能小微智慧化转型升级及用户全链条参与,构建平台企业、外部资源提供商、小微链群、消费者的四方演化博弈模型,探索四方主体的演化稳定策略,并利用MATLAB进行数值仿真,研究各影响因素变化时,不同主体价值共创的演化路径。研究发现:1)平台生态系统中各参与主体终将选择积极参与价值共创的行为策略;2)平台奖惩、信誉损失、小微链群学习能力等是影响平台企业、外部资源提供商、小微链群及消费者积极参与价值共创的关键因素,可通过调控这些关键因素来激励各方积极参与价值共创。最后,文章根据影响因素提出促进C2M平台生态系统创造价值增值的建议。
【Abstract】 Under the new technology empowerment, the ecological transformation of manufacturing enterprise platforms has become the general trend and the C2M(Customer to Manufacturer) platform ecosystem has emerged as the times required. Focusing on the multi-subject value co-creation relationship of the C2M platform ecosystem, this paper considers the characteristics of the platform ecosystem empowering microenterprises to make intelligent transformation and customer participation in the whole chain. The four-party evolutionary game model including platform enterprises, external resource providers, microenterprise groups and consumers is constructed and the evolution and stability strategy of the four-party subject are explored. The numerical simulation is carried out by MATLAB to study the evolutionary path of the value co-creation of different agents when various influencing factors change. It is found that: 1) All participants in the platform ecosystem will eventually choose the behavior strategy of actively participating in value co-creation; 2) Platform rewards and punishments, reputation loss, microenterprise group learning ability and so on are key factors influencing platform enterprises, external resource providers, microenterprise groups and consumers to actively participate in value co-creation. These key factors can be regulated to encourage all parties to actively participate in value co-creation. Finally, according to the influencing factors, some suggestions are put forward to promote the value addition of the C2M platform ecosystem.
