薄层油泥微波干化技术及工艺优化实验研究

【摘要】 快速干化处理可以大幅削减油泥体积,从而有利于其存放、运输和降低外运处理成本。本实验探究了薄层油泥的微波干化效果,并采用加入真空和活性炭的方法对微波干化技术进行优化。实验结果表明:薄层油泥微波干化效果明显优于热干化处理效果,在油泥厚度6 mm、油泥pH为7、干化温度100℃、微波功率750 W的条件下,微波干化15 min可以将油泥的含水率从84.41%降至28.76%;随着干化时间的延长、干化温度的升高及微波功率的增加,微波干化效果提高,而改变油泥厚度和pH对于干化效果的影响小;真空和微波的加入均可进一步提升薄层油泥微波干化效果,其中粉末状活性炭的效果优于颗粒状,并且随着活性炭投加量的增加薄层油泥的干化效果更好,但过高也会使油泥变得坚硬而难以混合均匀;微波+真空+30%活性炭(粉末状)工艺组合的处理效果最佳,能够在12 min内将油泥样品完全干化。

【Abstract】 The rapid drying treatment can significantly reduce the volume of sludge, which is conducive to the storage,transportation, and can decrease the treatment cost. This experiment took the thin oil sludge as the research object, explored the microwave drying effect of the thin oil sludge, and optimized the microwave drying technology by adding vacuum and activated carbon. The experimental results show that the microwave drying effect of the thin oil sludge was better, significantly superior to the heat drying treatment effect. When the sludge thickness was 6 mm, the sludge p H is 7, and the drying temperature was 100 ℃, microwave drying for 15 minutes at a microwave power of 750 W can reduce the water content of oil sludge from 84.41% to 28.76%. With the extension of drying time, the increase of drying temperature, and the increase of microwave power, the microwave drying effect of oil sludge becomes better and better, while changing the thickness and pH of oil sludge has little impact on the drying effect. The addition of vacuum and microwave can further improve the microwave drying effect of thin oil sludge, in which the effect of powdered activated carbon is better than that of granular activated carbon.With the increase of the amount of activated carbon added, the drying effect of thin oil sludge becomes better and better, but too high will also make the sludge become stiff and difficult to mix evenly; the combination of microwave+vacuum+30% activated carbon(powder) process has the best treatment effect, and can completely dry the oil sludge within 12 minutes.
