基于响应曲面法的铁路含油污泥微波干化实验研究

【摘要】 为研究微波干化技术对铁路含油污泥干化效果的影响,运用响应曲面法对微波干化工艺进行优化。研究结果表明,铁路含油污泥微波干化能显著降低铁路油泥含水率,微波干化设备恒功率模式的干化效果优于恒温度模式,处理时间和微波功率对于干化效果的影响较油泥厚度和油泥pH的影响大,4个因素的影响程度顺序依次为微波功率>处理时间>油泥pH>油泥厚度,并且油泥厚度与油泥pH间的交互影响较为显著。最终得出的最佳实验条件及预测结果为:时间18.007 min、微波功率722.542 W、油泥厚度4.583 mm、油泥pH为4.792,干化之后得铁路油泥含水率为24.342%,通过实验得出实测数据为27.58%,与预测值误差较小,表明了该模型的准确度较好,优化工艺可行。

【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of microwave drying technology on the drying effect of railway oily sludge,response surface methodology was used to optimize the microwave drying process. The results show that the microwave drying of railway oily sludge can significantly reduce the moisture content of railway oil sludge. The drying effect of the constant power mode of microwave drying equipment is better than that of the constant temperature mode. The influence of processing time and microwave power on the drying effect is greater than that of oil sludge thickness and oil sludge pH, and the influence of the four factors is as follows: microwave power> treatment time > oil sludge pH >oil sludge thickness. The interaction between sludge thickness and oil sludge pH is significant. The final best experimental conditions and prediction results are: drying time of 18.007 min, microwave power of 722.542 W, oil sludge thickness of 4.583 mm, oil sludge pH of 4.792. The moisture content of railway sludge obtained after drying by prediction of response surface method is 24.342%,and the measured data obtained by experiment is 27.58%, which has a small error with the prediction value, indicating that the accuracy of the model is good and the optimization process is feasible.
