【摘要】 在既有速度250 km/h中国标准动车组电气柜产品技术基础上,开展了设计优化,从系统角度探讨了多领域成熟技术在动车组电气柜上的应用,提出信息分析与诊断关键算法。通过开发集成化的电气柜产品,研究电气信息数据记录、传输、分析与诊断技术,完成了系统软硬件开发与研制。实践表明该产品可以有效地进行动车组电气柜状态智能自检测。

【Abstract】 Based on the available technical data of electric cabinet of 250 km/h China-standard-EMU, the design optimization is carried out, the application of mature technologies in many fields on electric cabinet of EMU is discussed from the system view, and the key algorithms of information analysis and diagnosis are put forward. Through the development of integrated electrical cabinet products, the technology of electrical information data recording, transmission, analysis and diagnosis is studied, and the development of software and hardware of the system is completed. Practice shows that the product can conduct intelligent self-detection of the state of electric cabinet of EMU effectively.
