资源利用与植物保护专硕创新班人才培养体系构建与探索

【摘要】 为切实提高专硕培养质量,服务生态文明建设与乡村振兴战略,针对目前资源利用与植物保护专硕培养体系与社会需求错位、研究生与生产一线脱节、研究成果应用性少等问题,提出培养资源利用与植物保护专硕创新班人才的基本思路,结合当地农业特色构建了专硕创新班模式,以期培养复合型专硕创新人才,为涉农高校资源利用与植物保护专硕的培养提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to effectively improve the quality of professional master’ s degree graduates, in view of the current dislocation between the professional master’s degree training system of resource utilization and plant protection and the social needs, the disconnection between graduate students and production, and the low applicability of research results, the basic idea of cultivating talents of resource utilization and plant protection professional master’s degree innovation class is proposed, and the innovation class model of professional master’s degree is constructed in combination with local agricultural characteristics, which is to cultivate compound professional master’s innovative talents. It will provide references for the cultivation of professional master’s degree talents of resource utilization and plant protection in agriculture-related universities.
