【摘要】 本文采用问卷调查的抽样方法，调查新时代高校优秀年轻干部的选拔任用培训问题，通过SPSS软件对问卷所得数据进行相关分析，研究影响新时代省属高校优秀年轻干部队伍建设的相关因素。结果表明：高校优秀年轻队伍培养教育力度小，实效性不显著；干部队伍挂职锻炼轮岗交流少；干部队伍建设的整体规划不完备。本文研究发现：准确把握选拔标准、完善培训方式和丰富培训内容、拓展实践途径和渠道等对策均利于加强高校优秀年轻干部队伍建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper uses the sampling method of questionnaire survey to investigate the selection and appointment training of outstanding young cadres in provincial colleges and universities in the new era, analyzes the data obtained from the questionnaire through SPSS software, and studies the relevant factors affecting the construction of outstanding young cadres in provincial colleges and universities in the new era.The results show that the training and education of outstanding young teams in colleges and universities is small, and the effectiveness is not significant.
