【摘要】 温州家族企业业已进入代际传承的历史时期，跨代创业是保证众多家族企业可持续发展的战略选择。本文以165位“企二代”为样本，探索了影响跨代创业意向的因素。研究发现，“企二代”的个体特质、面临的创业环境、创业态度对跨代创业意向有显著的正向影响。为进一步激发“企二代”跨代创业意向，提出了从“企二代”自身加强创业学习、企业家一代强化传承教育、政府营销良好创业环境的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Family business in wenzhou have entered the historical period of intergenerational inheritance.In order to ensure the sustainable development, Entrepreneurial intention is a strategic choice of many family enterprises. For the results Based on 165 samples which are“second-generation entrepreneurs”, it explores the factors which influence the intention of Trans-generational-entrepreneurship. It is found that the individual characteristics, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial attitude of the second-generation-entrepreneurs have a significant positive impact on Trans-generational entrepreneurship intention.In order to boost their intentions of Trans-generational entrepreneurship, it suggested that strengthen the entrepreneurial learning of the second-generation-entrepreneurs, strengthen the inheritance education of the first-generation-entrepreneurs, and promote a good entrepreneurial environment by the government.更多还原
