利用SiO2合成高纯亚微米级SiC粉体的研究进展
Progress in Synthesis of High-Purity Submicron SiC Powders by SiO2
【摘要】 高纯亚微米级SiC粉体是制备SiC陶瓷的重要原料,笔者综述了近20年来利用SiO2制备SiC粉体的新方法、新进展;对SiC微粉在制备过程中的形貌和粒径控制进行讨论,研究了近年来SiC粉体的提纯工艺和影响SiC粉体制备的主要因素;并展望了未来利用SiO2微粉制备高纯亚微米级SiC粉体的研究方向。
【Abstract】 High purity submicron SiC powder is an important raw material for preparing SiC ceramics. This article reviewed the new methods and progress of preparing SiC powders with SiO2 in the past 20 years, and discussed the morphology and particle size control of SiC powders in the preparation process. The purification process of SiC powder and the main factors affecting the preparation of SiC powder in recent years were studied. The future research direction of preparing high purity SiC powders with SiO2 micropowders was also prospected.
