【摘要】 随着经皮肾穿刺活检术在儿童中的开展，儿童超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术(PRB)的护理越来越受到关注。但由于儿童的自身特点，不易配合治疗和护理，而且肾脏较成人小、组织嫩，PRB的风险较成人大。因此，本文就儿童PRB的术前准备、术中配合、术后护理以及术后常见并发症的护理作一综述，为临床儿科PRB的护理提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the widespread use of percutaneous kidney biopsy in children, the care of pediatric percutaneous kidney biopsy is receiving increasing attention.Due to their own characteristics, children are not easy to cooperate with treatment and care.Their kidneys are smaller and their tissues are tender, and the risk of renal puncture is greater than that of adults.This article reviews the preoperative preparation, intraoperative cooperation, postoperative care, and common complications of percutaneous renal biopsy in children.The aim is to provide scientific care for children, improve nursing quality, and provide reference for clinical pediatric nurses to care for children with renal biopsy.更多还原
