【摘要】 目的 探讨MEWS专科模块系统联合SBAR沟通模式在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年12月至2022年5月在我院神经内科治疗的急性脑卒中患者360例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各180例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用MEWS专科模块系统联合SBAR沟通模式，观察比较两组患者的病情变化识别时间、护士病情处置反应时间、意外事件发生率、ICU转入率、医护沟通完整率、患者对护士的满意度及医生对护士工作满意度情况。结果 观察组的病情评估时间和护士处置患者反应时间均低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。观察组的意外事件发生率和ICU转入率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的医护沟通完整率、患者对护士工作的满意度及医生对护士工作的满意度均高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.005)。结论 MEWS专科模块系统与SBAR沟通模式联合应用可快速准确评估患者病情，早期识别患者病情的潜在风险，有助于提高护士工作效率，提高患者及医生对护士工作的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore application of modified MEWS specialized subject warning early warning score system combined with SBAR in patients with acute stroke. Methods A total of 360 patients with acute stroke admitted to the department of neurology of our hospital from December 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group(180 cases) by random number table method.The control group adopted conventional nursing observation standard and condition report method, and the observation group adopted MEWS specialized module system combined with SBAR communication mode.The differences between the two groups were compared in the identification time of disease changes, the reaction time of nurses’ treatment of disease, the incidence of accidents, ICU transfer rate, the integrity rate of medical communication, the satisfaction of patients with nurses and the job satisfaction of doctors with nurses. Results The time of disease assessment and the response time of nurses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-33.993,-41.862,P<0.001).The incidence of accidents and ICU transfer rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(χ~2=4.501,15.720,P<0.05).The communication integrity rate of medical staff in the observation group, job satisfaction of patients to nurses and job satisfaction of doctors to nurses were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ~2=55.298,15.720,28.000,P<0.001). Conclusion The combined application of MEWS specialist module system and SBAR communication mode can quickly and accurately assess patients’ conditions, enhance the effectiveness of medical communication, and identify potential risks of patients’ conditions early.At the same time, it can improve the work efficiency of nurses and the satisfaction of patients and doctors.更多还原
