【摘要】 目的：探讨信息化个案管理在飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术（SMILE）高度近视患者术后延续护理中的效果。方法：选取2022年1月至2022年12月深圳市眼科医院收治的86例进行飞秒激光SMILE的高度近视患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各43例。对照组患者采取常规延续护理模式，观察组患者在常规延续护理模式基础上应用信息化个案管理。比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁情况、自我护理能力、护理满意度。结果：随访1个月后，观察组患者焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分低于对照组，自我护理能力量表（ESCA）评分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。随访1个月后，观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：信息化个案管理可对飞秒激光SMILE高度近视患者术后进行精准化延续护理服务，促进患者术后的眼部健康和心理健康，从而改善患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of information case management in the postoperative extended care of patients with high myopia after femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE). Methods A total of 86 patients with high myopia who underwent femtosecond laser SMILE treated in Shenzhen Eye Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional extended care mode, and patients in the observation group were treated with information case management based on the conventional extended care mode. The anxiety,depression, self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After 1 month of follow-up, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA) were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). After 1 month of follow-up, the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Information case management can provide accurate extended care services for patients with high myopia after operation with femtosecond laser SMILE, promote patients’ eye health and mental health after operation, and thus improve patients’ prognosis.更多还原
