喷印系统喷印头结构参数对聚焦性能影响研究

【摘要】 喷印头的设计极大程度上影响着气溶胶喷印系统喷印线条精度的高低。为了优化喷印头的结构参数,应用仿真模拟软件Fluent对某型喷印头喷印过程进行仿真模拟。通过内部流场和颗粒轨迹分析,研究了出口直径一定情况下出口倾斜角、喷管长度、过渡收缩角、入口直径对喷印系统聚焦性能的影响。结果表明,在外界参数不变的条件下,出口倾斜角α=1.5°、喷管长度L=12.3mm、过渡段收缩角β=22°与入口直径D=2.3mm时,该系统喷印头具有最佳聚焦性能。本研究为气溶胶喷印系统喷印头结构参数的选取提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 The design of the jet printing head greatly affects the accuracy of the jet printing line of the aerosol jet printing system. To optimize the structural parameters of the jet printing head, the spray printing process of a certain type of jet printing head was simulated by using the simulation software Fluent. Through the analysis of the internal flow field and particle trajectory, the effects of the exit tilt angle, nozzle length, transition section contraction angle and inlet diameter on the focusing performance of the jet printing system were studied under the condition of a certain exit diameter. The results showed that when the condition is constant with the external parameters, the exit tilt angle α=1.5°, nozzle length L=12.3mm, transition section contraction angle β=22° and inlet diameter D=2.3mm, the system printing head has the best focusing performance. It provides a reference for the selection of the structural parameters of the printing head of the aerosol printing system.
