基于雾计算的印刷智慧物流系统设计
Design of Printing Smart Logistics System Based on Fog Computing
【摘要】 为了保证重要印刷品和原材料在运输过程中的安全性、可控性以及可追溯性,同时提高印刷行业在运输方面的信息化管理水平,本研究采用软硬件结合方式设计了印刷智慧物流管理系统。通过传感器采集印刷品和原材料运输过程中的实时数据,对数据采用Blowfish加密技术进行传输,通过雾计算中的雾节点实现数据的分布存储与校验,将校验后的结果上传至总服务器。采用Java、React技术实现可视化展示平台,方便用户实时浏览监测信息。对印刷品和原材料信息实现动态感知,在运输过程中的实时监控保证了印刷品和原材料运输过程的安全性。
【Abstract】 In order to ensure the safety, controllability and traceability of important printing products and raw materials in the transportation process, and to improve the information management level of the printing industry in transportation, a printing smart logistics management system was designed by combining software and hardware in this study. Real-time data during the transportation of printed materials and raw materials were collected by sensors,the data was transmitted by Blowfish encryption technology, the data was stored and verified by the fog nodes in fog computing, and the verified results were uploaded to the master server. Java and React technologies were used to realize the visualization display platform, which was convenient for users to browse the monitoring information in real time. The dynamic perception of the information of printed materials and raw materials is realized, and the realtime monitoring in the transportation process ensures the safety of the transportation process of printed materials and raw materials.
