【摘要】 目的：探讨电刺激穴位疗法对脑出血（ICH）术后偏瘫患者的疗效。方法：选取医院2019年9月至2020年9月收治的50例ICH患者。采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，每组25例。对照组采用现代常规康复训练，包括肌力训练、关节活动训练、牵伸训练、日常生活活动能力训练等，1 h/次，1次/d,5次/周，持续4周。实验组在对照组的基础上加用电刺激穴位疗法，每次选用1～3个主穴，再选若干个配穴，周一至周五操作，每日1次，周六、周日休息，连续治疗4周。观察两组干预前后改良Ashworth分级评分、Barthel指数评分。结果：实验组干预后Barthel指数评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组干预后改良Ashworth分级优于干预前，且实验组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：电刺激穴位疗法可促进ICH患者肢体功能恢复，改善神经功能，提高生活活动能力，具有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of electrical stimulation acupoint therapy on hemiplegia in patients after intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) surgery. Methods: 50 ICH patients admitted to our hospital from september2019 to september 2020 were selected, 25 cases in each group. Divide into a experimental group and a control group using a random number table method. The control group received modern routine rehabilitation training; Muscle strength training, joint activity training, stretching training, daily life activity training, etc., 1 hour per session, 1 time per day, 5 times per week, lasting for 4 weeks. The experimental group was supplemented with electric stimulation acupoint therapy on the basis of the control group. Specifically, 1～3 main acupoints are selected each time, followed by several matching acupoints.Operation monday to friday, once a day, rest on saturday and sunday, continuous treatment for 4 weeks. Observe two groups of modified Ashworth grading and Barthel index scores before and after intervention. Results: The Barthel index score of the experimental group after intervention was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); After intervention, the improved Ashworth grading in the two group was better than before intervention, and the experimental group was better than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion: Electric stimulation acupoint therapy can promote the recovery of limb function, improve neurological function, and enhance activity in ICH patients, with good clinical efficacy.更多还原
