地下综合管廊模板台车系统研发与应用
Research and Application of the Formwork Trolley System of Utility Tunnel
【摘要】 作为地下综合管廊混凝土浇筑的重要施工设备,模板台车系统的研发与应用已引起了相关人员的广泛关注。但是,现有模板台车系统的设计一般并未将模板与台车视为整体结构而综合考虑其性能,且现浇段接缝处的防水措施亦需改进。为此,研发了一种地下综合管廊模板台车系统。该系统包含:台车车架、驱动行走装置、台车模板和轨道等部分。在该基础上,提出了模板台车系统的整体化设计计算方法。为保证现浇段接缝处的防水性能,还设计了侧墙水平止水装置和顶板、底板可拆式止水装置。通过将该模板台车系统与防水措施应用于实际工程可知:该系统能有效提高地下综合管廊的施工效率,降低人工、周转材料和设备的费用;通过模板台车系统的整体化设计得到的模板台车关键性构件,能够满足结构安全性要求;现浇段接缝处的防水效果好。该系统的使用取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
【Abstract】 Being important construction equipment for the underground utility tunnel concreting, research and application of the formwork trolley system has attracted the wide attention of the relevant personnel. However, the trolley system design isn’t regarded as the integrate structure for comprehensive performance at present. And the waterproofing measurement is also needed improvement. Therefore, the formwork trolley system for the underground utility tunnel was developed, which consists of the trolley frame, the drive traveling equipment, the formwork, rails and etc.. Based on it, the integrate design method was proposed. In order to ensure the waterproofing performance of joints of cast-in-place section, horizontal sealing device for the side wall and removable sealing device for the top plate and bottom plate were designed. By the actual application project, it can be found that the system can effectively improve the construction efficiency of the utility tunnel, reduce the cost of labor, turnover materials and equipment;The key components of the formwork and trolley system gotten by the integrate design method can meet the requirement of structural safety; The waterproof effect is excellent at the joint of cast-in-place section. The application of the system has achieved great economic and social benefits.
