不同温拌剂对高黏沥青混合料路用性能影响研究

【摘要】 为对比分析不同温拌剂对高黏沥青混合料路用性能的影响,选用现阶段常用的表面活性型温拌剂(Evotherm M1)、稀释型温拌剂(WCO)和有机降黏型温拌剂(Sasobit)对高黏沥青进行改性,并对不同温拌改性沥青混合料路用性能进行了横向对比。研究结果表明:温拌剂Evotherm M1和WCO的掺入均降低了高黏沥青混合料的高温性能,而温拌剂Sasobit的掺入显著提高了高黏沥青混合料的高温性能;3种温拌剂的掺入均降低了高黏沥青混合料的抗水损性能和低温抗理裂性能;温拌剂Evotherm M1、WCO均对高黏沥青混合料抗剥落性能影响较小,而温拌剂Sasobit的掺入显著降低了高黏沥青混合料的抗剥落性能。

【Abstract】 In order to compare and analyze the effect of different warm mix additive on the road performance of high viscosity asphalt mixtures, the surface-active warm mix additive(Evotherm M1), diluting warm mix additive(WCO)and organic viscosity-reducing warm mix additive(Sasobit), which are commonly used at this stage, were selected to modify. And the road performance of different warm-mix modified asphalt mixtures was compared horizontally.The results show that both the addition of Evotherm M1 and WCO decreased the high viscous asphalt mixture high temperature performance. The mixing of Sasobit significantly increased high viscous asphalt mixture high temperature performance; All of three mixing of Evotherm, WCO and Sasobit decreased high viscous asphalt mixture water damage performance and low temperature performance; The effect on the high viscous asphalt mixture antistripping performance is relatively small, while the mixing of Sasobit significantly decreased the performance.
