【摘要】 选用基质沥青、SBS改性沥青和Evotherm温拌剂制备了温拌沥青(Evotherm 3G温拌剂掺量为沥青质量的1%,外掺),结合常规三大指标试验和温度扫描试验分析了Evotherm温拌剂对沥青混合料性能的影响;利用旋转压实仪在不同压实温度下(90、130℃)成型沥青混合料试件,并通过试件的压实高度曲线、空隙率研究了Evotherm温拌剂对沥青混合料压实特性的影响。研究结果表明:掺入Evotherm 3G温拌剂,可增大沥青针入度、提高沥青低温延展性,且对沥青流变性能没有显著影响;压实温度过低时,Evotherm 3G温拌剂对试件压实效果的改善不明显;对于黏度较低的基质沥青,Evotherm 3G温拌剂对沥青混合料压实特性影响较小。该研究成果可为实际工程提供参考。

【Abstract】 Warm mix asphalt(Evotherm 3G warm mix content is 1% of asphalt mass, external admixture) was prepared by selecting matrix asphalt, SBS modified asphalt and Evotherm warm mix. Combined with the conventional three performance indicators(penetration, ductility, softening point) test and temperature scanning test, the effect of Evotherm warm mix on the performance of asphalt cement was analyzed; The rotary compactor was used to form asphalt mixture specimens at different compaction temperatures(90, 130 °C). The influence of Evotherm warm mix on the compaction characteristics of asphalt mixture was studied by the compaction height curve and porosity of the specimens. The results show that the addition of Evotherm 3G warm mix can increase the penetration of asphalt and improve the low-temperature ductility of asphalt, and has no significant effect on the rheological properties of asphalt; When the compaction temperature is too low, the compaction effect of Evotherm 3G warm mix is not obvious;For matrix asphalt with low viscosity, Evotherm 3G warm mix has little effect on the compaction characteristics of asphalt mixture. The research results can provide reference for practical engineering.
