【摘要】 通过对河北某高等院校1228名大学新生的问卷调查，实证分析其心理健康状况。研究运用问卷星软件，采用大学生人格健康问卷对2021级新生进行筛查。结果显示：第一类学生占比为18.41%；第二类学生占比26.25%；第三类学生占比55.34%。社会人口因素类型中性别、年龄、是否独生子女与筛查结果不相关，入学类型与心理健康状况显著相关（p<0.01)，大学生心理健康状况与理工类院系学生生源地显著相关（p<0.05）。研究探索出大学新生的心理健康特点、规律及差异，为辅导员开展相关工作提供借鉴和参考，以便有针对性地开展心理辅导工作，对提高思想政治工作下的心理健康教育实效性起着重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper empirically analyzes their mental health status through a questionnaire survey of 1228 freshmen in a college in Hebei Province. The questionnaire star software was used to screen the 2021 freshmen with the College Student Personality Health Questionnaire. The results showed that the first type of students accounted for 18.41%, the second type of students accounted for 26.25%, and the third type of students accounted for 55.34%. Gender, age, and only child among sociodemographic factor types were not associated with screening results. Educational level was significantly correlated with mental health(p<0.01). The mental health of college students was significantly correlated with the background of science and engineering students(p<0.05). The research explores the characteristics, laws and differences of mental health of college freshmen, and provides reference and reference for counselors to carry out related work,so as to facilitate their psychological counseling work in a targeted manner.
