基于AHP-CRITIC结合Box-Behnken响应面法优选小儿定喘颗粒的提取工艺
Optimization of extraction process of Xiaoer Dingchuan Granules based on AHP-CRITIC analysis
【摘要】 目的 优化小儿定喘颗粒的提取工艺。方法 以提取时间、加水量、提取次数为考察因素,通过AHP-CRITIC混合加权法确定指标权重系数,比较响应面试验中各指标成分(迷迭香酸、黄芩苷、甘草酸、干膏得率)的综合评分,优选小儿定喘颗粒的提取工艺,并对该工艺进行验证。结果 AHP-CRITIC混合加权法优选出最佳提取工艺为复方饮片加11倍量水、提取3次、每次40 min,验证试验结果显示综合评分为86.69分(RSD=1.83%,n=3),与预测值(89.26分)的相对误差为2.96%。结论 AHP-CRITIC混合加权法结合响应面试验确定小儿定喘颗粒的提取工艺稳定可行,为其产业化生产及应用提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the extraction process of Xiaoer Dingchuan Granules.Methods Taking the extraction time, water addition, and extraction times as the investigation factors, the weight coefficient of the index was determined by the AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method, and the comprehensive scores of each index component(rosmarinic acid, baicalein, glycyrrhizic acid, dry ointment) in the response surface test were compared, and the extraction process of Xiaoer Dingchuan Granules was selected and verified.Results The AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method selected the best extraction process as 11 times the amount of water and extracted 3 times each time for 40 min, and the verification test results showed that the comprehensive score was 86.69 points(RSD=1.83%,n=3), and the relative error with the predicted value(89.26 points) was 2.96 %.Conclusion AHP-CRITIC mixed weighting method combined with response surface test determined that the extraction process of Xiaoer Dingchuan Granules is stable and feasible, which provides a reference for its industrial production and application.
