【摘要】 文章介绍国医大师陈绍宏教授从“化湿”“消瘀”“解郁”“养髓”治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症。陈绍宏教授认为气血失和，血溢脉外为发病之标，而脾不统血为病机之本，治以急则治标、缓则标本同治之法。急性期湿邪蕴表，郁而化热，复感风邪，皮肤肌腠脉络受损导致出血，故治以宣肺祛风，透散湿热之法；慢性期瘀血阻络，“血不利则为水”,水湿浸淫中焦，脾不统血、木郁土壅，血液成分生成障碍则病情加重，故治以解郁消瘀、益气摄血之法；后期湿邪下流，以伤肾精，骨髓空虚、肾精枯槁，精不注髓化血，故须通补元气，补肾养髓，后附验案一则。更多还原
