陈绍宏辨治原发免疫性血小板减少症经验

【摘要】 文章介绍国医大师陈绍宏教授从“化湿”“消瘀”“解郁”“养髓”治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症。陈绍宏教授认为气血失和,血溢脉外为发病之标,而脾不统血为病机之本,治以急则治标、缓则标本同治之法。急性期湿邪蕴表,郁而化热,复感风邪,皮肤肌腠脉络受损导致出血,故治以宣肺祛风,透散湿热之法;慢性期瘀血阻络,“血不利则为水”,水湿浸淫中焦,脾不统血、木郁土壅,血液成分生成障碍则病情加重,故治以解郁消瘀、益气摄血之法;后期湿邪下流,以伤肾精,骨髓空虚、肾精枯槁,精不注髓化血,故须通补元气,补肾养髓,后附验案一则。

【Abstract】 This article introduces the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia by Chinese medicine master Professor Chen Shaohong from "reducing dampness", "eliminating stasis", "relieving depression" and "nourishing marrow". Professor Chen Shaohong believes that the disorder of Qi and blood and extravasation of blood are the symptoms of the disease, while the spleen does not control blood is the root of the pathogenesis. Professor Chen proposed the method of treating symptoms with urgency and treating symptoms and pathogenesis with catabasis. Damp evil accumulate surface in acute stage, stagnation result in Heat, Wind evil incurred, skin, muscle and vein damaged, so the treatment is clearing lung and removing feng, dispersing Damp Heat. Blood stasis obstructs collaterals in chronic stage, "blood stasis changing into water", water wet soaking in the middle Jiao, Spleen can’t control blood, Woods don’t grow and Earth is barren, blood component generation disorder is aggravated, so the treatment is to relieve stagnation and eliminate stasis, nourishing Qi and blood. Wet evil downstream in later period, and to hurt Kidney essence, bone marrow emptiness, Kidney essence withered, essence does not covert to blood, so must invigorating Yuan Qi and Kidney Yin to nourishing marrow. And a case attached.
