【摘要】 基于PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action)计划、执行、检查、处理四个主要阶段循环理论全面质量提升的4个流程阶段，构建高校党员分类教育管理工作的新模式，将高校党员划分为教学科研型党员、管理服务型党员、学生党员、离退休党员、组织关系保留在校党员等5类党员。在发展党员、学习教育、日常管理、作用发挥4个维度，教学科研型党员实施“骨干式”管理、管理服务型党员实施“标杆式”管理、学生党员实施“先锋式”管理、离退休党员实施“关爱式”管理、组织关系保留在校党员实施“连线式”管理，着力解决高校党员教育管理过程中存在的突出问题和薄弱环节，着力提升高校党员队伍建设整体质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the four process stages of PDCA cycle theory, including planning, execution,inspection and handling of overall quality improvement, a new model of classified education and management of party members in colleges and universities was constructed, and party members in colleges and universities were divided into five categories: teaching and research party members,management and service party members, student party members, retired party members and organizational relationship reserved party members. In the dimensions of party member development,learning and education, daily management and role-play, teaching and research party members shall implement“backbone”management; management and service party members shall implement“benchmarking”management; student party members shall implement“pioneer”management; retired party members shall implement“caring”management; and organizational relationship reserved party members shall implement“wired”management. Efforts should be made to solve the prominent problems and weak links existing in the process of education and management of Party members in colleges and universities, and to improve the overall quality of the construction of party members in colleges and universities.更多还原
