【摘要】 党的二十大报告指出，“强化现代化建设人才支撑”是实现中国式现代化的重要环节。课程思政涉及人才培养的“主力军、主阵地、主渠道”等诸方面，在落实立德树人根本任务上具有重要作用。教师作为立德树人的主力军和课程思政的主体，其思想政治状况具有很强的示范性，是关系课程思政质量与成效的关键变量。做好高校课程思政建设，必须以教师思政为切入点，以教师政治素养提升为纽带和抓手，并注意区分基础政治素养与特殊政治素养，在理顺底层逻辑的同时探讨实践方式，构建起教师思政赋能课程思政的理路框架。更多还原

【Abstract】 The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that “strengthening the support of talents for modernization construction” is an important link to achieve Chinese path to modernization. The ideological and political curriculum involves the “main force, main position, main channel” and other aspects of talent training, which plays an important role in implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.As the main force of moral education and the main body of curriculum ideological and political education, teachers’ ideological and political status has a strong influence, and is a key variable for the quality and effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political education. To make it more professional, we must take teachers’ ideological and political education as the starting pointand the teachers’ political literacy as the link. In addition, we should pay attention to distinguishing between basic political literacy and special political literacy. It is necessary to rationalize the underlying logic and to explore the practical model at the same time, so as to build a theoretical framework of ideological and political education in professional courses empowered by teachers’ ideological and political education along the Chinese path to modernization.更多还原
