【摘要】 目的 构建公立中医医院高质量发展评价指标体系。方法 根据国家相关政策文件，参照《公立医院高质发展评价指标（试行）》附件中《公立医院高质量发展评价指标（试行）》、《公立中医医院高质量发展评价指标（试行）》为基础，采用主客观结合赋权法，将德尔菲法与层次分析法结合使用，采用德尔菲法对三级指标进行整理、汇总、和筛选，确定指标；后采用层次分析法计算各指标在整体模型中所占的权重，采集2019-2021年广东省公立中医医院数据进行实证研究。结果 形成公立中医医院高质量发展评价指标体系，包括5个一级指标、25个二级指标、36个三级指标，并形成了指标权重表。结论 通过采集2019-2021年广东省公立中医医院数据进行实证研究证明，公立中医医院高质量发展评价指标体系能够用于公立中医医院高质量发展评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To formulate a high-quality development evaluation system of public TCM hospitals. Methods According to the relevant national policy documents and referring to the Quality Development Evaluation Indicators of Public Hospitals(Trial) and the Quality Development Evaluation Indicators of Public Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals(Trial) attached to the High-quality Development Evaluation Indicators of Public Hospitals(Trial), the method of combining subjective and objective weights was adopted, and the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were combined. Delphi method is used to sort, summarize and screen the three-level indicators to determine the indicators. Then analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weights of each index in the overall model, and the data of public TCM hospitals in Guangdong Province from 2019to 2021 was collected for empirical study. Results An evaluation system for the high-quality development of public TCM hospitals has been formed, including 5 first-level indicators, 25 second-level indicators and 36 third-level indicators, and a weight table of indicators has been formed. Conclusion By collecting the data of public TCM hospitals in Guangdong Province from 2019 to 2021, the empirical study proves that the high-quality development evaluation index system of public TCM hospitals can be used to evaluate the high-quality development of public TCM hospitals.更多还原
