骨科手术机器人辅助技术在颈椎手术中的应用进展
Application progress of orthopedic robotic assistance in cervical surgery
【摘要】 与其他外科领域相比,手术机器人对脊柱手术相对较新。随着颈椎手术技术的发展,微创技术因创伤小、恢复快等优势被越来越多的采用,但同时带来更多的射线暴露。骨科手术机器人可以实现术中导航及辅助置钉等功能,减少术者的射线暴露,提高置钉准确率及安全性。近年来,骨科手术机器人的接受度逐渐提高,临床应用逐渐增多。本文综述骨科手术机器人在颈椎手术中的应用进展,分析现有骨科手术机器人辅助颈椎手术的研究,总结机器人技术的应用术式与疗效,并探讨未来的发展方向。
【Abstract】 Compared with other surgical fields,surgical robotics is relatively new to spine surgery. With the development of cervical spine surgery techniques,minimally invasive techniques are being increasingly adopted for their advantages of less trauma and faster recovery,but at the same time bring more exposure to radiation. The orthopaedic surgical robot allows for intraoperative navigation and assisted nail placement,reducing operator exposure to radiation and improving nail placement accuracy and safety. In recent years,the acceptance of orthopaedic surgical robots has increased and their clinical use has grown. This article reviews the progress of orthopaedic surgical robots in cervical spine surgery,analyses existing research on orthopaedic surgical robotic-assisted cervical spine surgery,summarises the application and efficacy of robotic technology,and discusses the future direction of development.
