丝胶蛋白对高血糖模型小鼠血糖的影响

【摘要】 目的 研究丝胶蛋白对高血糖模型小鼠血糖的影响。方法 以250、500、1 000 mg/kg体重剂量的丝胶蛋白给高血糖模型小鼠持续灌胃30 d,对照组给予等体积纯水,观察丝胶蛋白对小鼠血糖及体重的影响。结果 与模型对照组比较,丝胶蛋白对高血糖模型小鼠各个阶段体重无明显影响(P>0.05);丝胶干预后各组高血糖模型小鼠的血糖下降值、血糖下降百分率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1 000和500 mg/kg剂量组的葡萄糖曲线下面积较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。丝胶干预对正常小鼠的血糖无明显影响。结论 丝胶蛋白在本实验条件下对高血糖模型小鼠有辅助降血糖作用,具有被开发成辅助降血糖、降血脂作用的新资源食品的潜力。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of sericin on blood glucose in hyperglycemic model mice. Methods Hyperglycemic model mice of the treatment groups received 250, 500 and 1,000 mg/kg body weight of sericin by gavage for 30 days, respectively. The model control group was given the same volume of pure water. The effect of sericin on blood glucose and body weight in mice was observed. Results Compared with the model control group, sericin had no obvious effect on hyperglycemic model mice’s body weights at all stages(P>0.05). The decrease value and reduction percentage of blood glucose in the sericin treatment groups were significantly higher, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The areas under the glucose curves of 1,000 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg dose groups were significantly lower, showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Sericin had no significant effect on blood glucose of normal mice. Conclusion Sericin has an auxiliary hypoglycemic effect on hyperglycemic model mice under the experimental conditions of the present study, and it has the potential to be developed into a new resource food with auxiliary hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects.
