左西孟旦在神经系统疾病中的神经保护作用研究进展
Progress in the study of neuroprotective effects of levosimendan in nervous system diseases
【摘要】 左西孟旦作为一种新型的钙增敏剂和ATP依赖性钾(KATP)通道开放剂,目前较多应用于心力衰竭及心肌病方面的研究与治疗。临床中多种神经系统疾病导致的脑损伤一直缺乏有效的治疗手段,目前国内外的研究表明,在出血性脑损伤和缺血性脑损伤中,左西孟旦可能通过拮抗炎症反应、氧化应激反应及扩张血管等机制减轻神经系统疾病的损伤,作为神经系统疾病潜在的治疗药物,左西孟旦在神经系统疾病中应用的可能性也得到关注。因此,本文就左西孟旦对神经系统疾病的神经保护作用及机制的研究进展做一综述。
【Abstract】 Levosimendan, as a new calcium sensitizer and KATP channel opener, is widely used in the research and treatment of heart failure and cardiomyopathy. There is a lack of effective treatment for brain injury caused by many kinds of nervous system diseases in the clinic. Presently, domestic and foreign studies show that levosimendan may reduce damage to the nervous system by antagonizing inflammatory reactions, oxidative stress reactions, and vasodilator mechanisms in hemorrhagic brain injury and ischemic brain injury. Levosimendan has also received attention as a potential therapeutic agent for neurological disorders. Therefore, this article reviews the neuroprotective effects and mechanisms of levosimendan on nervous system diseases.
