等离子体固定床气化性能的模拟研究

【摘要】 将等离子体看作一个额外的热源(改变重整区的温度),建立等离子体氛围下生物质固定床气化模型。以研究等离子体的加入对气化效率的影响,采用银合欢木材作为生物质原料,以水蒸气-氧气为气化剂,利用灵敏度分析研究同时改变当量比和热解温度两种气化参数对气化结果产生的影响,结果表明,以水蒸气-氧气为气化剂时,最佳热解条件是当量比=0.2,热解温度=1 200℃,S/B=0.6,所得合成气成分较为理想。

【Abstract】 The plasma was regarded as an additional heat source(changing the temperature of the reforming zone), and a biomass fixed bed gasification model under plasma atmosphere was established. The effect of plasma addition on gasification efficiency was studied. Using silver acacia wood as biomass raw material and water vapor oxygen as gasification agent, sensitivity analysis was used to study the effects of simultaneously changing equivalence ratio and pyrolysis temperature on gasification results. The results show that when using water vapor oxygen as the gasification agent, the optimal pyrolysis conditions are equivalent ratio=0.2, pyrolysis temperature=1 200 ℃, and the ratio of water vapor to biomass mass=0.6, resulting in an ideal composition of the synthesized gas.
