项目驱动与竞教结合的智能制造创新人才培养

Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Intelligent Manufacturing Based on Project Driven and Integration of Education and Competition

【摘要】 为迎合粤港澳大湾区制造业转型升级需求,探索了项目驱动与竞教结合的创新人才培养模式,制定了特色培养方案及三大课程体系。形成了“一专多能的培养定位、开放多元的教学形式、贯穿全程的育人体系”三大培养特色,构建了完善的4年实践体系和递进式的实训课程,形成了“知识-能力-素养”三位一体的培养模式。致力于培育一批科学化思维与智能化理念兼具、创新意识与工程能力齐备的智能制造高端人才。

【Abstract】 To meet the needs of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area, this paper deeply explores the innovative talent training mode of the combination of project driven and competitive education. It formulates a characteristic training program and three curriculum systems, forms three training characteristics of “one specialty and multiple abilities training positioning, open and diversified teaching forms, and the whole process education system”, constructs a perfect four-year practice system and progressive practical training courses. A trinity training mode of “knowledge-ability-literacy” is formed. The major is committed to cultivating a group of intelligent manufacturing high-end talents with both scientific thinking and intelligent ideas, and complete innovation awareness and engineering ability.
