器件可靠性虚拟仿真实验平台的创新人才培养模式

【摘要】 高可靠的功率半导体器件是电力变换器运行的重要保证。针对功率器件可靠性问题,分析了器件可靠性虚拟仿真平台建设的必要性,阐述了器件可靠性虚拟仿真实验平台的建设内容、思路、系统架构、实施流程以及在实验教学中的作用。旨在解决器件可靠性测试时存在的成本高、破坏性及微观机理不可测等难题,探索创新人才的培养模式,提高专业人才的培养质量。

【Abstract】 High reliability of power semiconductor device is an important guarantee for power converters. Aiming at the current problems of the certain critical technologies of power device reliability, the necessity of virtual simulation experimental platform construction for device reliability is analyzed in this paper. The construction content, concept, system architecture and implementation process of the virtual simulation experimental platform for device reliability and its role in experimental teaching are expounded emphatically. The paper aims to solve the problems of high cost, destructiveness and unmeasurable microscopic mechanism failure in device reliability testing, and explores the training mode of innovative talents and improves the training quality of professional talents.
