数字图像相关方法在实验力学教学中的应用

【摘要】 数字图像相关(Digital Image Correlation, DIC)方法以其非接触、高精度、全场变形测量等优点,在力学、航空、航天、土木工程、生物医疗等多个领域呈现出广阔的应用前景。将DIC方法引入课堂,以板件拉伸试验为例,通过DIC方法和有限元仿真给学生呈现拉伸变形的基本过程及切应力和滑移线等力学概念,并将DIC方法测试结果和传统的应变电测法及有限元仿真分析结果进行了对比,使得教学过程更具思辨精神,极大激发了学生的学习兴趣,取得了良好教学效果。

【Abstract】 Digital image correlation(DIC) method has a broad application prospect in mechanics, aviation, aerospace, civil engineering, biomedicine and other fields due to its advantages of non-contact, high precision and full-field deformation measurement. In this paper, DIC method is introduced into the classroom, and the plate tensile test is taken as an example, through the DIC method and finite element simulation for students to present the basic process of the tensile deformation and the mechanics concepts of shear stress and slip line. The test results of the DIC method are compared with the results of the traditional strain electrical measurement method and finite element simulation analysis, which makes the teaching process more speculative and greatly stimulates students’ interest in learning, good teaching results have been achieved.
