加工中心实训教学可视化管控平台开发
Development of Visual Management and Control Platform Based on Machining Center Training
【摘要】 基于加工中心实训教学过程的分析,设计了智能实训过程管控平台方案。该方案以不同的通信协议为数据交互基础,开发了一套可视化管控平台,对硬件资源、实训教学和各类通讯端口进行整合。通过将CADCAPPCAM与MES的集成,打通设计与制造流程;利用AR技术建立工步引导;与数控机床进行集成,采集设备运行信息并管控加工状态;引入SPC质量分析,对加工成果进行可视化评价。通过在该平台下的实训,学生可将产品设计、工艺规划与制造工序设计集成,将有关设计与MES系统集成,实现具有现代数字化和网络化的加工中心实训,可视化的实训过程管理,并显示当前学生的学习进度、加工情况、异常报警。
【Abstract】 Based on a detailed analysis of the training and teaching process of the machining center, an intelligent practice process management and control platform scheme is designed. This scheme uses different communication protocols as the basis for data interaction, and develops a visualization management and control platform, which integrates the hardware resources, training teaching and various communication ports. Through the integration of CAD CAPP CAM with MES, the design and manufacturing process can be opened; AR technology is used to establish process guidance; integration with CNC machine tools is performed to collect equipment operation information and control the machining status; SPC quality analysis is introduced to visually evaluate the machining results. By this platform, students can integrate product design, process planning and manufacturing process design, integrate relevant design with MES system, and realize training of modern digital and networked machining center and visualization training process management. And it can display the current student’s learning progress, processing status and abnormal alarm.
