永磁同步屏蔽电动机的涡流场仿真研究
Simulation of PM Synchronous Shielded Electromotor Eddy Current Field
【摘要】 屏蔽电动机虽具有电磁屏蔽效应,但交变磁场中金属屏蔽套上的感应涡流会使气隙磁场发生变化,并产生很大的涡流损耗。仿真以一个48槽8极表贴式永磁同步屏蔽电动机为例,对屏蔽套上的涡流场进行分析。探讨在不同激励下涡流矢量关系,分析在定子电枢电流激励作用下永磁体对涡流的影响,研究联合激励下的电流控制角和循环电流对涡流的影响,讨论在不同激励条件下屏蔽套和循环电流对径向磁密的影响,统计在不同转速下的屏蔽套涡流损耗的情况。
【Abstract】 Shielded electromotor has electromagnetic shielded effect. In alternating magnetic field, the metal shielded sleeves induce the eddy current, which makes the air-gap magnetic field change and produces the large eddy current loss. The simulation takes a 48 slot 8 pole surface mounted permanent magnet(PM) synchronous shielded electromotor as an example to analyze the eddy current field on the shielded sleeves. Firstly, the vector relationship of eddy current under different excitation is discussed; then, the effect of PM on eddy current under the stator armature current excitation is analyzed. Secondly, the influence of the current control angle and circulating current on eddy current under combined excitation is studied. Finally, the influence of shielded sleeves and circulating current on radial magnetic density under different excitation conditions is discussed, the eddy current loss of shielded sleeves under different rotational speeds is calculated.
