基于教学支架理论的药学专业导论性实践课程改革

【摘要】 药学专业的学生入校时缺乏药学学科认识和专业兴趣,制约了他们较早融入和热爱药学研究。针对这一问题,基于建构主义的教学支架理论,从2014年起,开设了面向新生的药学专业导论性实践课程——药物科学研究实训,精心设计了具有探究性和趣味性的药学基础实验,推荐调研主题并加以适当辅助,因材施教,授之以渔,并在校内外实践中有机融入思政教育,使学生成为知识、素质、能力、人格相统一的药学专业创新人才。经过9年的建设和完善,形成了将教师传授、药学实践、小组合作学习3方面有机结合的多元混合式教学模式,并将MOOC、虚拟仿真实验等线上教学资源与线下实践教学相结合,既促进学生的自主学习、提升其综合能力,也提高了教师的信息化教学水平。

【Abstract】 The lack of understanding of pharmaceutical disciplines and creative thinking restricts the early integration and devotion of pharmaceutical research of new students in the disciplines. In response to this problem, based on the instructional scaffolding theory of constructivism, the college opened the introductory practice course of pharmaceutical science research and training for the first-year students in 2014. The course teachers elaborately designed exploratory and interesting pharmaceutical basic experiments, recommended research topics and provided appropriate support, taught students by their aptitude and gave them methods of learning, and organically integrated ideological and political education in the practice within or outside the classroom teaching, so that students could become the pharmaceutical innovation talents with the unity of knowledge, quality, ability, and personality. After 9 years of construction and reform, multiple blended teaching has been formed, three aspects of teacher’s teaching, pharmaceutical practice, and group cooperative learning have been organically combined. Combining online teaching resources such as MOOC and virtual simulation experiments with offline practical teaching can not only promote students’ independent learning and improve their comprehensive ability, but also improve the level of informational teaching of teachers.
