新型波浪模拟装备的网络化设计方法

【摘要】 针对海洋工程实验室波浪模拟装备(造波机)与测试测量仪器间的协调控制不足。为满足现代海洋工程实验需求,提出大型多板造波系统的网络化构建方法和常用传感仪器的网络化接入方法。该方法以实验装备的一体化设计为目标,灵活地配置造波机系统,不仅可高效地执行波浪模拟任务,还可将造波机与各种测试测量仪器进行同步控制。将造波和数据采集任务划分为非实时处理和实时处理两个部分,并分别采用标准以太网TCP协议和工业以太网EtherCAT协议来进行数据传输控制,同时利用分布式时钟完成各个控制模块的时钟校准,达到集成化装备的时钟统一。嵌入式PC控制器对所提方案进行实现,并在波浪水池中得到了功能验证。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of coordination and control between wave maker and measurement instruments in offshore engineering laboratory, a network construction method of large-scale multi-board wave making system and a solution of data transmission are proposed to meet the requirements of modern marine engineering experiments. Taking the integrated design of experimental equipment as the purpose, the proposed method flexibly configures the wave maker system, so that it cannot only manage the wave simulation task completely, but also build coupling cooperation between the wave maker and the instruments. In the proposed method, the wave making and data acquisition tasks are divided into non-real-time processing and real-time processing. TCP protocol and EtherCAT protocol are used for data transmission and control, respectively. At the same time, distributed clock is used to synchronize various instruments. Finally, the proposed scheme is implemented based on embedded PC controller, which is well verified in a wave pool.
