【摘要】 随着新一轮科技革命推动下农业产业变革的加速演进，国家全面实施新农科建设战略，持续拓展农科人才培养的内涵与外延。实践教学作为人才培养体系的重要组成和关键环节，需要做到“与时俱进”和“与实俱进”。通过明确新农科背景下重塑实践教学体系的逻辑起点，研判当前高校实践教学体系建设的不足之处，结合我校实践教学改革路径，分析实践教学体系建设与实践要着重从更新教学理念—践行“大实践”教学观，提供优质资源—再构卓越教学资源体系，凝聚育人合力—创新人才培养模式机制，完善评价体系—聚焦学生“德智体美劳”全面发展等方面强化改革创新，以期重塑契合时代所需、适应新型农科人才培养的实践教学体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the accelerated evolution of the agricultural industry reform driven by a new round of scientific and technological revolution, the state fully implements the new agricultural science construction strategy and continues to expand the connotation and extension of agricultural science talent training. As an important component and key link of the talent training system, practical teaching must be also “advance with the times” and “advance with reality”. By clarifying the logical starting point of reshaping the practical teaching system under the background of new agricultural sciences, judging the inadequacies of the current construction of the practical teaching system in colleges and universities, combined with the reform path of Yangzhou University’s practical teaching, the analysis of the construction and practice of the practical teaching system should focus on updating the teaching concept—Practicing the “big practice” teaching concept, supplying high-quality resources—re-constructing the excellent teaching resource system, condensing and educating people—innovating the talent training model and mechanism, improving the evaluation system—focusing on the comprehensive development of students’ “morality, intelligence, physique, beauty, labor” and other aspects to strengthen innovation, in order to reshape the practical teaching system that meets the needs of the times and adapts to the training of new agricultural talents.更多还原
