应用EHS理念建设化学智慧实验室的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Intelligent Chemistry Laboratory Construction by Using EHS Idea
【摘要】 介绍了实验室建设与改造的各项措施,包含采用通透的视线设计,重新规划实验室开放式分区布局,实现实验室在教学和科研用途之间灵活地转换等。通过计算确定通风量,精心设计实验室内的空气流通路径,更换新风排风联动的变风量控制系统,始终保持实验室内微负压的正向气流流动。同时规范危险化学品存储和健全实验室安全管理机制。在整个建设改造过程中,引入了EHS体系中环保、健康的理念,融合了信息化和智慧化因素,EHS理念也将持续融入实验室后续的运行管理工作。本案例作为化学类智慧实验室建设领域的一次有益探索,对老旧实验室的改造和提升提供了一个典型的范例,为后续工作积累了经验。
【Abstract】 Taking the construction project of the organic chemistry laboratory of Tongji University as an example, this paper introduces various measures for the construction and transformation of the laboratory, including adopting transparent vision design, planning the open layout of the laboratory, and realizing the conversion between the teaching and research uses of the laboratory. Through scientific calculation of the required ventilation, we design the air circulation path in the laboratory, it replaces the VAV system to maintain the air flow under micro negative pressure in the laboratory, standardizes the storage of hazardous chemicals and improves the laboratory safety management. In the whole construction process, the concept of environmental protection and health in the EHS system is introduced, and the information and intelligence factors are integrated. After that, the EHS concept continues to be integrated into the subsequent operation and management of the laboratory. This case, as a useful exploration in the field of the construction of smart chemical laboratories, provides a typical example for the transformation and upgrading of old laboratories and accumulates experience for subsequent work.
