基于云模型的航海技术专业实验室开放评价
Evaluation on Laboratory Opening of Navigation Technology Specialty Based on Cloud Model
【摘要】 为了保障专业实验室开放运行的有序性、持续改进性,进一步深化实践教学改革,有必要对专业实验室开放水平开展客观评价。现以航海技术专业实验室为例,建立专业实验室开放评价指标体系,将航海技术专业实验室开放水平划分为5个级别。引入云模型理论,实现了系统评价中定性概念与定量表示的不确定性转换,通过对指标权重和指标评价等级的云化处理,确定指标权重云和评价云,建立了能够反映专业实验室开放水平的云模型。利用该模型对航海技术专业实验室开放水平进行实例评价,结果表明,该专业实验室开放总体水平良好,在实验室开放模式方面还有较大提升空间;云模型在实验室开放评价中具有较好的可行性和适用性。
【Abstract】 In order to ensure the orderliness and continuous improvement of specialized laboratory opening, and further deepen the reform of practical teaching, it is necessary to carry out an objective evaluation on the level of specialized laboratory opening. Taking the laboratory of navigation technology specialty of authors’ university as an example, an evaluation index system of specialized laboratory opening is established, and the laboratory opening level of navigation technology specialty is divided into five levels. The cloud model theory is introduced to realize the uncertainty conversion between qualitative concepts and quantitative expressions in the system evaluation. Through the cloud processing of index weight and index evaluation grade, the index weight cloud and evaluation cloud are determined, a cloud model is established that can reflect the level of specialized laboratory opening. The model is used to evaluate the laboratory opening of the navigation technology specialty. The evaluation results show that the laboratory opening level is good, and there is still much room for improvement on laboratory opening mode. The cloud model has good feasibility and applicability on the evaluation of laboratory opening.
